Raven Aerostar Flight Services Technician Eric Eigenberg improved the quality on multiple campaigns by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve, delivering high-quality results to both our customer and our flight operations team. Annjeanel Marshall, Production Supervisor, is January’s Team Member Spotlight winner! Annjeanel demonstrates a passion and dedication for quality in her work. She is a first responder to manufacturing deficiencies, taking the time to audit and verify that the desired level of craftsmanship is present throughout all stages of manufacturing. Her commitment to quality showed this past summer, as she worked many early-morning hours to help ​meet key deadlines for our customers.

Congratulations to Rich Schmit, Engineering Technician, for being named December's Team Member Spotlight winner! Rich played a key role in starting up automation capabilities for Raven Aerostar’s newest production line in Madison, building the Individual Equipment Carrier (IEC) Bag. He continues to seek feedback to improve the machines, removing a lot of human error in complex manufacturing processes.

This summer, Raven Aerostar launched a Thunderhead 400 balloon with some new faces in the audience. A number of Raven interns from various divisions and disciplines were able to watch the balloon take flight, making it the first launch seen by many of them.
