Raven Industries (NASDAQ:RAVN) announced today that its Engineered Films Division is expanding its fabrication operations to the East Coast of the United States with the opening of a facility in Waynesboro, Va. This new location will allow Raven Engineered Films to provide a heightened level of service and faster product delivery to customers of its Energy, Geomembrane and Construction markets. At the new facility, Raven will custom-fabricate materials and strategically warehouse products to better serve this geographic region.

Congratulations to Raven Engineered Films' Jonathan Juarez, Large Machine Operator, and Alex Guerra, Machine Technician, our December Team Member Spotlight winners! Jonathan and Alex, while training on new Raven Engineered Films equipment, recognized and implemented an opportunity to simplify a process. At Raven, we are dedicated to innovation — continuously improving our products and processes. David Ramos, Raven Engineered Films Inventory Handler, noticed an inconsistency in our quality inspection processes and developed a new tool to cut down on measuring time. This tool is now widely used at our Midland facility. Congratulations, David, for being named April's Team Member Spotlight winner!
